At Little Lug, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
